When I buy from somebody, I need to feel that I trust the person that's selling to me and that I like the person selling to me. Humans are emotional by nature and instinct, and then rational.

There have been plenty of reports out there that constantly prove that video converts thousands of percent more than text. Here you have a shortlist of five arguments:

If we think about it: Text and writing is something that the large population of humans has just been doing a maximum of a couple of hundred years. It doesn't come instinctively for us. But voice + face expressions, which humans have been doing the last couple of hundred thousand years.
